I am frustrated because I can't make the above combination work. DX4WIN
decodes PSK31 tones as one would expect, but it will NOT transmit.
Briefly my settings are: DX4WIN: Radio Elecraft K3 X4 38400 baud on COM 1
CW WINKEY on COM 7 DTR nil RTS PTT
Control
(all above set in Preferences)
PSK31 window: TX PTT CONTROL using RTS
K3 MENU MIC SEL: PF.H
MIC + LIN: ON
CONFIG LIN OUT: 010
PTT-KEY: RTS-OFF
What really puzzles me is that I have three other programs on this
machine that do PSK31 with these setups and they ALL work very well.
What am I doing wrong with DX4WIN???
BTW: Running INTEL 3.6 GHz Windoze XP SP3 DX4WIN 8.05 default on board
sound card (REALTEK)
