I think it's easier to just do the following using DX4WIN filter...

F8
Enter start date in the date window
Hit enter
DX4WIN will pop up a 'ending date' window.
Enter ending date

Thats it..

Remember to cancel filter when done...

I would need to change "group number" of qsos  in certain time period ....(

I  have been reading the manual and help files but could not figure out a
