I also get this time-out issue, using also Win7-64 in a I7 PC, If I use a Virtual Port as LPbridge with K3 I get an error and have to disconnect the radio on DX4win, Also with a Flex and Virtual VspManager port. 73, Jaime, EA6NB.

Running Win7/64 bit on a bootcamped Mac (Bootcamp is how I run Windows on a Mac OS). Computer is an iMac desktop with the "tower" built into the screen. There are no serial ports on the computer, just several USB ports. I'm using a Flex 5000A and connect to it to the iMac via Firewire. But the timeout issued occurred even when I was using an IC-7800, with its own DB9 connector. Anyone else experience these frequent radio timeout messages? Tnx!
