Just as an experiment, Eric: Reduce the font size you are using for your label fonts to something small like 8 pt. Arial. If it still doesn't print, then you have a space problem. Like Kostas said, if the space you define for the printed QSOs is too small to fit at least one QSO, D4W won't print anything.
