You can read the release notes at: http://www.country-files.com/dx4win/release.shtml You can use the new DX4WIN Data Updater to update the file: http://dx4win.ad1c.us/update Among the many changes, this release maps all the Royal Wedding special event callsigns beginning with 2R, GR and MR to the correct DXCC entity. Many (but not all) of them have also been added to the QSL Manager database. If any are missing or incorrect, let me know. Thanks to everyone for their contributions.
