I've updated the web page for the DX4WIN Data Updater:

There is no new version yet, however, this update *does* reflect
what's coming in the next version (see the Revision History).
I would *really* appreciate if a few people could read this over,
looking for errors, typos, grammatical mistakes, as well as content.
If something is unclear or is better explained somewhere else, please
let me know. I also made assumptions along the way - if you think I
assumed too much, let me know.
I'll be releasing the new version some time during the weekend.
