I have not found an easy way also. But an easy way to delete the mas2 file is to use AD1C's updater. If you run the program with the parameter -mas2, will update the file immediately. I think that it will work as following. Make a second shortcut of updater in desktop. On this with right click add -mas2 This will update mas2 file with a clean file.
