There is a possibility of a new DXCC entity this month, Southern Sudan.
If it does gain DXCC status, this will be an all-time new DXCC entity,
it will NOT be the resurrection of the old ST0 entity. Once there is an
announcement that it has bee added to the list of ARRL DXCC entities,
I'll release a new country file with the entity. Note that no matter how
you log it, the new (next) country file will assign the correct DXCC
entity to it.
