Hello Jim
There is not a way like you describe. I agrree that it woud be useful. An 
easy(?) way (except to spot him) is to write a
SH/DX CallYouWant
command in your cluster window.
You will see older spots from him (if he has) and you will see if he is a 
LotW or not...
