I am trying to set up the CW keyboard but when I try to open it, I get a message that Cw port 3 is already or or it can't connect. Rebooted... no help powered the computer down...no help unplugged and replugged the keyer. I am using Winkeyer USB. It is bound to be something really stupid. I think I have the keyer set up in the preferences correctly.
