Scott, I don't believe any of the databases will help you with that.
DX4WIN uses these fields to determine beam heading:

- DXCC prefix (most general)
- STATE if it is filled in
- IOTA
- Grid Square

I don't remember the exact order.

The Radio Amateur Callbook CDROM provides the grid square for US
stations (in the F3 window) but not for DX.  The QRZ.COM web site does
seem to provide lat/long data and a grid square for DX (I don't know
where it gets it from), but there is no way to get that data into
DX4WIN.   Perhaps if Paul implements the QRZ.COM XML interface for
subscribers, that information could become available.
