I have updated the utility to compare your DX4WIN DXCC credits with
ARRL Logbook of the World: You can download version 4.2 from:

This version adds (fixes) support for both Republic of South Sudan
(new) and Southern Sudan (deleted). Thanks to Dave, N4QS for pointing
out the problem.
