Logbook -> Window -> Same Call You'll get all the matches ever worked. Make sure that in Preferences -> QSO Tab -> Searching Callsign -> Exact setting is selected, otherwise you'll get results other than the exact callsign. If you also want DX4Win to highlight the call worked in red and chime when the station has been worked on the same band/mode combination: Logbook -> QSO -> Contest Mode -> check Contest Mode Enabled and change the start date to the date of your first QSO ever.
