I had same problem long time ago. I remember it was an easy fix, I think as follows; Open DX4WIN and bring up QSO box, click on "labels", click on "print qsl labels", click on "edit". Brings up the label editor. If dimensions are greyed out clock on "copy". Adjust dimensions and labels per sheet to fit page. If you are using 8160 labels I can give you dimensions I'm using if you need them.
Think that's what I did.
