Is this a new installation of DX4WIN?
Do you have a DX4WIN version 8 license file? (9a7yy_lic.dx4w8) or an older
key (9a7yy.key)?
If it's a .KEY file, you'll need a new file to use DX4WIN 8. If not, the
.dx4w8 file goes in the same folder as DX4WIN.
If you're moving to a new computer, make sure that the license file copied
correctly. Be very careful moving files around using a CD-R disk as they'll
end up read-only.
