You can make a selection (filter>selection) with date filter for qsos only after 1/12009 Then you should go to file>awards and check as valid confirmation for WAS only LotW. Then when you enter a state you will see only states after 2009. Becareful that the same applies for your dxcc. I suggest ve7cc software because it shows the state beside every USA call.
