Hi Rick, I think I understand your question - your LoTW downloads come back without a state specified for the station that you worked?
If so, that is a function of each person's LoTW setup and not of the logging program. It is done in the TQSL program. I would suggest that you write a very simple tutorial that explains how to update your state, grid, county zone, whatever, in TQSL and send it to those people.
