Last week it was reported “LoTW credits for HK1N and HK1T during early January of this year are showing up as Colombia, not Malpelo, which is where they were actually located”. Yesterday we received reports the logs from the Malpelo Island for operations by HK1T have been uploaded to LoTW, however you need to make sure you upload your QSO as “HK1T/HK0M”. As a side note this is not what Sal was signing on the air. He was giving HK1T. Sal was one of the “fantastic four” on Malpelo Island between late December and early January. He along with HK1MW, HK1N and HK6F were all active with their calls prior to HK0NA activity.
