Two pieces of advice:

1.  Don't install DX4WIN in c:\program files or c:\program files (x86)
-- install it as C:\dx4win702 instead.  This will save you many
headaches later.

2.  You may have to run DX4WIN as Administrator ONCE in order to copy
this file.  Right-click on the program icon and choose "Run as
administrator"

3.  You should update all your data files, the ones on that CD are
very much out-of-date.  The easiest way is to start here:

     http://dx4win.ad1c.us/updater/
