Greetings All,

New to the reflector, but long-time DX4WIN user.  Have been off the air for
several years, but just returned and upgraded to 8.05 from 6.0.  Was surprised
to see that the very popular TS-590 is not included in the radio pull-down
list.  The 590 has both a serial COM port (default 9,600bps and 1 stop bit) and
a USB port (default 115,200bps and 1 stop bit).  Since my PC is a recent
Windows 7 box, I prefer to use the USB port.  The challenge here is that N1MM
doesn't offer 115,200 as a communication speed option for the 590 and since
DX4WIN doesn't list the radio at all, will be forced to see if the 480 or 2000
communications protocol will work with the 590.  In other words, a compromise
will need to be found to work consistently and easily with either package.
Anyone already addressed this issue and found a solution?

Ed, W0VC
