The DX4WIN Data Updater takes care of the unzipping automatically.
The direct download of the DX4WIN.CTY file is:
http://www.country-files.com/dx4win/download/dx4win.cty
The file puts a lot less stress on the download site when it's
downloaded as a compressed .ZIP file.
