Brad, see this reflector post: http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/dx4win/2012-April/018340.html What it doesn't say is that *before* doing the submission (assuming you're using some form of Version 8), File | Awards and in the Confirmation box on the DXCC tab, uncheck "LoTW". This ensures that only paper QSLs are submitted.
