Steve,

I am sure EQF (Win-EQF) can export to ADIF. Then take the ADIF and import it 
into DX4WIN. I just checked the Win-EQF website and they have a 30 day trial 
download, so you should be able to do your conversion with the trial version.

That's what I did about 10 years ago when I switched over from the DOS version 
of EQF.
