Gentlemen, good morning. Some may recall that I was having a VERY PESKY problem with DX4WIN loosing communication with my Flex 5000A. I was very frequently having to "Re Start Radio" right in the heat of DX'ing. After hours and hours of examining the configuration and trying many suggested solutions, the problem persist and continued.
In hopes of isolating the problem to being a Flex issue or a DX4WIN issue, I decided to try another logging program to see if the problem would go away. THE PROBLEM HAS GONE AWAY and is working fine with several other logging programs with no issues. No more loss of communications with the Flex5000A. I am running WIN7/64, Quad Core Processor and 8 gig of ram and dual monitors. I am not sure where the issue is but I will continue to monitor the reflector for soloutions and or fixes.
