Not true! It all depends on how you configure Dropbox on both computers. I have Dropbox on my PC and Laptop and only the .DXL file gets updated on my Laptop. When i by mistake would make any chances to my SAVE file on my Laptop nothing happens on my PC because that is how i want it. Besides that, i always have a backup in cyberspace in case both my PC and Laptop should crash.

DX4WIN is not designed to share its log file. It keeps QSOs in memory and writes them to disk periodically, What this means is that if you log a QSO on one machine it won't be seen on the others. That means that QSOs will get lost (you log 3 QSOs on computer 'A', then go to computer 'B'. It doesn't see those QSOs, so when you write the log on computer 'B' they're lost).
