Hi Jim, I noticed that in DX4Win the districts of MA area (Moscow city) are limited to MA-10 but in the RDA contest there was a station that gave me MA-12 which is also listed in the RDA web page http://rdaward.org/rdac1.htm (link "RDA" List). So the following districts are missing from the dx4win.awd: MA-11 NOVOMOSKOVSKY MA-12 TROITSKY I tested adif2dxq briefly yesterday with the RDA contest adif file and it seemed to populate the award fields.
