Try this: http://www.njdxa.org/dx-tools/beam-headings.php I can't guarantee its accuracy. For example, I don't see Rep. of Southern Sudan in the listing. I used to be able to do this from my contest country files program, but I never put that code in the current version. I could probably add it without too much trouble.
