You can set a time when the "mailed" no longer counts in days in the 
Preference/QSO.  Else, like Kostas says you have worked them on that band so 
they are grey as designed so you do not try to work again so soon.  Dan KI6X

This is normal. It has no sense to work the same station again and waiting for 
a qsl another time. Or you should sent a qsl for the old qso, or you have sent 
and never replied or you are not in log so you should delete the qso. I make 
the following trick in cases like this. I mark the old qso as od5zz/mm. Not the 
best way but maybe a solution...
