Do you mean an audible announcement, or are you referring to the color highlighting in the DX Spots window? DX4WIN doesn't re-announce spots (audibly) if there was a previous spots for same band/mode within a certain time window. This keeps DX4WIN from announcing every "me too" spot that is posted to the cluster. I don't remember what that timeout value is, but it might be "Age for Spots" on the Packet 1 tab.
