I've been using DX4WIN for many years. Currently using Version 8.05 under Windows 7 Home Premium. No operational problems. But an oddity. I recently decided to fool around with JT-65. Just to say I had yet another digital mode to play with. I successfully installed and am using the plain vanilla JT-65HF Version 1.0.7 software. Works great. The software includes a simple logging program that stores all the pertinent JT-65 QSO info, and also allows exporting the log data as an ADIF file. When I try to import the JT-65HF software generated ADIF data into DX4WIN, DX4WIN delivers an error message indicating the file can not be imported. However, I also use Ham Radio Deluxe for some digital modes. I am successful in using the HRD software to import the same JT-65HF software generated ADIF data into HRD. Then, I am successful in exporting the JT-65HF QSO log data from HRD, in ADIF format, into DX4WIN. Anyone have an idea why that process is not successful when transferring ADIF log data from JT-65HF directly into DX4WIN? 73 de NN3V Charlie 2012 IS IMPORTANT. THE WORLD IS NOT A COMMUNITY!
