NO, I wrote the wrong thing.  Put this in the Prefix field:

   !*    (exclamation - asterisk)

This should identify any callsign for which DX4WIN could not determine
the prefix. If any of them are VP2 callsigns, send me the callsign and
QSO date please.

Thanks to everyone who sent me data so far.  I also got a corrected
data dump from Clublog.
