Hi All, Anyone submitting a 2013 submission to ARRL should be prepared for a wait.
This from ARRL today: "Your Logbook application, unfortunately, will not be processed for at least another four weeks. We are processing all in-house 2012 applications and will not start 2013 applications until last year's applications are completed.
