This is NOT the release itself! I still have some clean-up to do at
home before I can release this (if you understand the term "revision
control", you can guess what I mean).
I hope to release a new country file this weekend, February 16/17.
Yes, I know that's during the ARRL DX CW contest. I may not
participate as much as I could this year. I also want to avoid any
confusion with releasing a country file so close to a contest, when
there is nothing in it that is relevant to that contest. When I do
eventually release the country file for DX4WIN, the contest-related
country files will follow shortly.
Please let me know of any additions/corrections before this weekend.
I believe (hope) I've addressed the issues that people have already
brought to my attention.
