I have found the best prices and service for the RAC from John on the GOLIST: http://shop.golist.net/index.php I paid $37.00 for the current Winter 2013 edition which came on a CD and USB thumb drive.
He is presently out of stock for the current RAC. He takes orders in advance then submits his order to Germany. But you could ask if he has any left over. I use his GOLIST for my QSL MGR info in the F3 window.
