After you mark which QSO's you wish to make labels for do you hit SAVE (ALT+S)? You must save this configuration before doing a print labels. Also I suggest in the PRINT LABELS window before you actually print under DESTINATION hit preview to be sure the labels look like what you want and no addresses run out of the box. Sometimes I have to make adjustments to the address to make it fit on a label.

All goes well until I go to print these labels. Then there is nothing shown to print. But if I close the program down and reopen it all the marked QSLs are there for printing. Could anyone advise what the problem is that causes me to have to shut the program down then open up it again before it will show my marked QSL`s for printing.
