I noticed today that I'm seeing spots from one particular station
(4N1CW) which aren't greyed out in the DX spot window. In the Packet1
preferences, I have "K,VE" set as "Prefixes/Zones for spotters", and
until today, I don't recall ever seeing any non-US or non-VE spots
showing up not greyed out. Everything else seems to be working properly.
The only thing that I can think of is that perhaps D4W for some reason
thinks that 4N1CW is either a US or Canadian station, and while I guess
I could block spots from that one spotter, I'm more interested in
understand why this is happening.
