Thanks to Randy Farmer, W8FN, his update to the Elecraft K3 radio
(rig) file can now be found at:
http://dx4win.ad1c.us/radios/
This fixes a problem with sending the frequency and mode commands to
the K3 in the wrong order.
This is for DX4WIN 8.0x only.
