Downloaded and saved the 114.1 WINDOWS Installer Package. The file says tqsl-114-1, Windows Installer Package, 170kB. (does not indicate it is a zip file) I double click on the tqsl-114-1 icon then click RUN and I get a message that says "This instalation package could not be opened. Contact the applicaion vendor to verify tat this is a valid Windows Installer package. OK"
What am I doing wrong?
