Bottom line... Can't be done from DX4Win. You can do it though by taking the ADIF file from DX4Win and using one of the conversion programs to covert that file to a Cabrillo file for a specific contest. See Jim's - AD1C website I believe for the conversion program.
The reason is a lot of the different contests that you would send a Cabrillo file to use different fields in a Cabrillo file. So you would have to program in each different contest Cabrillo file fields into DX4Win. A LOT of extra programming and they change quite often. Unlike the ADIF file...
