Where do I look to get the sound properly routed to the K3 using
PSK-31 in DX4WIN in Windows-7?
As I posted several days ago - the PSK31 sound card input/output
sections are made in the "PSK sound card" box in the center of
File | Preferences | Control

FLDIGI sound output selections are:
Microsoft Sound Mapper – Output
Windows DirectSound Devices
Realtek Digital Output
Both the Microsoft Sound Mapper – Output and Windows DirectSound Devices
do work sending audio to the K3 using FDIGI.
Realtek Digital Output does not send audio to the K3 using FLDIGI.
DX4WIN Preferences, Control Tab, Audio Out does not have either the
Sound Manager or Direct Sound choices for PSK-31.
Where do I look to get the sound properly routed to the K3 using PSK-31

How have you connected the computer to the K3?
The normal way to utilize the K3 is to use DATA A for PSK 31 with sound
card connected to the LINE IN jack and K3 set for LINE IN instead of
microphone. See your K3 Owners Manual for more information.

PSK-31 keys the K3 and is sending a selected macro. I can see in the
waterfall the macro being sent and the K3 is in transmit but no audio
is being sent to the K3 which is in USB mode. Wattmeter shows zero
watts out.
Using N1MM I can send and transmit prerecorded wave files to the K3.
The outbound audio path from the sound card to the K3 is working.
Also I can watch the Windows-7 Sound window and see in Playback tab
the Realtek Digital output displaying sound bars when PSK-31 is in
transmit.
The DX4WIN Control tab shows Output selection is Realtek Digital
Output. N1MM has the same selection for transmitting WAV files to the K3.
I hear no audio from the speaker of the problem desktop.
Any help would be much appreciated.
