Well, the easiest way if you are only using DX4WIN with Power SDR and no other software apps...
You need Virtual Serial Port Manager. Create a virtual port pair, any pair. Let's just pick COM10/11 DX4WIN 8.03 setup: type = Kenwood 20000, Baud = 9600, COM port = 11 PSDR CAT CONTROL tab, under CAT CONTROL pick COM 10 (must be the other pair item, NOT the one selected by DX4WIN). Then click ENABLE CAT. Speed and baud do not matter. Ignore PTT control. If you are using other software apps like Skimmer, BandMaster, DXLab, JT65HF...then you will need DDUTIL to share out the Power SDR with all the other apps.
