For Kosovo you should make it invalid in dxcc and keep good for other awards because this is the right. If you have a qso valid for some awards and invalid for some others, your way is the right one. But for a qso like this with 3b9fr or a qso with a pirate station, etc. is better the zero value, because this works for all awards (and I mean it: for all). There are custom awards for example. There is not a box to make them invalid. The 0 value in rstR is invalid for all. You can use fonts with slash for zero not to confuse 0 and O.

Maybe you both have it correct

BUT what about the following cases?
In (my) case you are also active in EME the report = O
Sometimes you won´t see the difference between 0 and O and then ¨I¨ at the
bottom looks more OK to me.

Also at the moment Z6(Kosovo) is not valid voor DXCC but is valid for WAZ
because CQ recognized them
How about that when you have set 0

I agree with Cesar. Set RSTr=0 and the qso is invalid for all awards.
See 2nd tip in my site

Hi Luis,
Very easy to do
F9 and then F8 and type 3B9FR into Callsign In the list go to the
qso´s b4 that date Now in the DXCC -WAZ - etc (at the bottom) Select
¨I¨ (from invalid or
ignore) instead of -- or S (C=I would not change) Save with F10 Do
this for all qso´s and your done

Onderwerp: [Dx4win] 3B9FR as an example...

Worked many times 3B9FR before October 2012, but as he states in his
QRZ.COMpage, as F6FNU (his former manager) is SK he cannot no longer
confirm QSOs
b4 that date.
So is it possible to mark in DX4Win those QSOs as 'invalid' instead
to delete them from the file?
Would appreciate your help.
Thanks
