Hi David,
It is already there. Edit the shortcut that starts the updater
program (right-click on shortcut icon, choose Properties), and add
this to the end of the "Target" field, with a blank space in-between:
-quick
I don't know why it isn't in the documentation. I may have announced
it when I released the graphical version of the program. I'm working
on fixing the documentation now.
