I have downloaded the latest version of PstRotatorAZ and have been able to use the embedded OmniRig 'gateway' within PstRotatorAZ to tandem other devices with DX4WIN.
The PstRotatorAZ program not only acts as a 'shim' between DX4WIN and my rotor controller, it also has the ability to monitor a VSP port off my radio (in this case, a K3) and this creates an OmniRig instance to talk to other software that uses OmniRig.
