Dennis, I am using a Top Ten Devices band decoder and it works fine with DX4WIN. For setup parameters, I have Top Ten, LPT1 and 160-6m. You may have to be in expert mode to setup the band decoder. Make sure your User Level is set to Expert on the Personal Tab.
