Just a suggestion. In the Import/Export box there is a "filter" in the menu. Could you have created (or deleted) the ADIF line?

Now I want to export the past 2 weeks QSOs to LoTW and ClubLog. But when selecting "export to Lotw" in the lotw window I get a message cannot find "ADIF filter". Now selecting "import/export" on the FILE menu I can see that the ADIF line is missing. Something must have happened to it when I was trying to import the contest log.
