As some of you may know, at the recent 50th IOTA Convention, the RSGB
announced about a dozen new provisional IOTA groups. The list can be
found here:

The RSGB has not yet released a new "fulllist.xml" file for these
IOTA, which also prevents me from adding them to the DX4WIN county
file. This weekend, I will try to modify the existing DX4WIN IOTA
database by hand and release a new country file so you can at least
log the IOTA reference numbers in DX4WIN, in the interim.
I'm in the midst of a huge country file update, trying to reconcile
differences with the database in Club Log. I may or may not release
the results of that at the same time. I was hoping to have the
majority of my work done before releasing a new file, but IOTA may
force my hand.
