I am long time user of DX4WIN. I recently have received a QSL card of
Z68BH, Republic of Kosovo, QSO date 2013-10-26. Operator OH2BH noted QSL
card "NEW COUNTRY WITH ALL CREDENTIALS" I am not sure but in my few
memory is NOT new Country unfortunately. So, which country is correct
this?
