In the lower portion of the Packet Window (below the line), right-click and choose "Internet connection". You should get a window that says, "Select Internet address". Is this window the one that is coming up blank? If so, it sounds like the file that contains the list of nodes (SAVE\DX4WIN.TCP) is corrupt or missing.
