Thanks for all the suggestions. I was able to use Notepad to make my edits and successfully uploaded my wsjt-x.adi file to LOTW. It ends up being simpler to keep the WSJT-X log separate from DX4WIN since JT9 is not supported by DX4WIN. I had entered my first 7 QSOs only in DX4WIN before realizing that WSJT-X creates its own adi file. I manually entered those 7 QSOs in the wsjt-x.adi file before uploading it to LOTW. I plan to delete my JT9 and JT65 QSOs from DX4WIN since WSJT-X keeps its own log.
